Welcome to Healing Flow

I’m Steve and I would like to welcome you to Healing Flow, a website about Kundalini and the Divine Spirit that resides in us all.  My intention is to share the Kundalini awakening I am currently experiencing in the hope that it helps others who may be going through a similar process themselves or anyone wishing to learn more of this natural but incredibly mysterious part of our Being.

 

There are a wealth of online resources far better than this website to explain Kundalini.  All I offer is an honest account of my awakening and the path I have followed … how it came about, what has helped, and what continues to work.  We are all so very unique and yet inside resides the same Divine essence.  We are all designed for this experience.  Maybe some of Healing Flow will resonate with your path.

Themes

The things that have and continue to support my spiritual path as it has progressed and evolved over time can be grouped into the following themes.  I continue to find them all so immensely useful in their own right and yet together they seamlessly flow into each other, so that the sum is greater than the parts held within.
Spirit
The Divine energy that flows through, within and all around us.  Like a multi-faceted jewel see what shines within your Being.
Shamanism
Travel to Lower World, befriend a Power Animal, meet otherworldly beings and experience an alchemical rebirth all in one day.
Meditate
It can be such a wonderful experience while the flip side utterly frustrating.  Follow the Gnostic approach and learn through experience.
Rewilding
Throw off the shackles of life’s conditioning and become the person you were born to be or maybe even the animal you would love to be.
Flow
Rather than letting stuff get in your way, get you down or get on top of you … why not flow effortlessly around the challenges in your life.
Qigong
Practice the ancient art of Qigong for health and spiritual growth by working with and cultivating your own Divine energy.
Breathe
Everything begins with the breath and ends with the breath.  Connect with the very life-force that animates your body, mind and Spirit.
Support
Find support for your spiritual growth with strong roots, a solid grounding and a stable foundation with which to reach greater heights.

In the beginning, if there is ever such a thing, I found it difficult to keep up the motivation, faith and commitment of my spiritual journey as I wandered many times into the wilderness (which was unknowingly also part of my path).  I found as I began to turn up and face life more with an open heart, low expectations and an intense desire for something different, I started to change as I grew more as a Being.  I began to take responsibility and a real interest in my spiritual journey which became the foundation of true change.

 

I have looked for support in many places which results in the varied themes and resources included in this website.  As I surrender to all that is and continue to breathe, flow, connect and evolve, so too will this website.
